You are eligible to a refund up to an hour before your pick up time starts. For example, if the pick up time starts at 1800 Hrs, then you can cancel your order before 1700 Hrs to get a refund.
Some of the orders can be scheduled for a pick up date/time. Customers can schedule the slot with the help of our trusty customer service. However, if the order is not picked up during agreed upon slot, the order is considered fulfilled and no refunds can be processed.
To start a refund, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your refund is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too..
